Shop Policy

By placing an order in my shop you are agreeing to the following policies! Failure to follow shop policies can possibly result in being unable to order from me in the future.

Due to the current events and the spread of COVID, delays in production and/or shipping may occur! Please keep this in mind before ordering.

Refunds/Exchanges
I do NOT accept refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on orders. Please be sure of your purchase before placing an order! This applies to both preorders and in-stock orders. 

Coupon Codes
Any and all coupon codes must be applied at checkout to be used. Coupon codes and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders. Please be certain of your purchase and that all info and codes are entered and correct before completing checkout!

Pre-order Items:
Orders containing pre-order items may take up to 1-4 months to ship out after the pre-order period ends to allow for production time. This is especially true for enamel pins. Please keep this in mind before ordering. If this wait time is too long, I highly recommend waiting for preorder items to be in stock before buying.

Please order preorder items and in-stock items separately from each other!

Processing Times:
The average processing time for in-stock orders is 1-2 weeks. This can change depending on my workload and the number of orders needing to be processed. Please keep this in mind before ordering!

Estimated Delivery Time:
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage

USA Delivery- 5-7 business days after processing
INTL Delivery- 10-25 business days after processing

Please keep in mind that delivery times given above are only an estimate. Due to the pandemic, there may be delays and delivery may take longer than expected.

Combined Shipping and Address Changes
Orders going to the same person/address are not automatically combined. If you wish to combine your orders, please email me with your order numbers! Extra shipping costs will be refunded once your orders are packed and shipping out.
I can only combine orders with items that are already in-stock at the time of your request, meaning that i cannot combine an in-stock order with a preorder.

If you have an address change, please email me with your order number and the new address.

I will NOT take address changes or combined shipping requests while packing orders, so please be sure to send requests for either option asap.

International Orders and Customs

Currently, I sadly cannot ship to the following countries, including Germany:


Any orders made from these countries will be promptly cancelled and refunded

Please be aware that VAT taxes/fees are not collected at checkout and will need to be collected manually through Customs once your package arrives in your country, which may result in additional fees.

Customers are solely responsible for paying any customs fees, taxes, etc charged by your country. Any delivery delays due to customs are out of my control.  For more info on customs and duties charges, i recommend contacting your local customs office.

Lost/Stolen Parcels:
Once items are handed over to the post office they are no longer in my control. 

All US orders up to $100 are automatically insured. For US orders over $100 and for International orders, please purchase shipping insurance with your order if you wish for your full order to be insured!

If you believe your order may be lost or stolen please contact your local post office for what steps you can take to file a claim.

Missing/Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please be sure to email me with your order number and the affected items within 14 days of receiving your package! Any issues brought up after this time frame may not be considered for resolution.
Once the missing/damaged items are confirmed, they will either be replaced or refunded depending on my available stock.
